Warranty Policy

ENGO provides a full 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty applies to product failure in the course of normal use, but does not include accidental damage or abuse. Please note that accidental damage and product theft are covered by the ENGO Care program extension that can be added to your purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies to all Engo Eyewear Glasses sold via any website whose domain ends in "engoeyewear.com".

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with your ENGO within 2 years of purchase, please email info@engoeyewear.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or serial number for your eyewear. The serial number can be found on the eyewear product box, is visible on the eyewear display when turned on, or appears as the Bluetooth ID in the mobile app, Garmin or Apple Watch settings.
  • Any details that can help us investigate and ideally solve your issue remotely, or trigger a free replacement as required:
    • Which ActiveLook smartphone app do you use? iOS or Android?
    • Which tracking device do you usually use ENGO with (e.g., "Garmin Forerunner 855")?
    • Describe what happened when ENGO failed (e.g., during activity or during a charge cycle)
    • Provide a detailed description of the failure.
  • In addition, please share your complete delivery address so we can arrange a potential replacement for you.

Warranty Coverage

The Limited Warranty is not transferable. If the Glasses were purchased from ENGO or an authorized seller online, the date of purchase is the date of the invoice that was issued by ENGO or such authorized seller by email. If the Glasses were purchased from an authorized seller at a physical location, the date of purchase is the date of the invoice issued at the physical location. Proof of purchase is required.

In the event ENGO determines that the Glasses are defective, ENGO may:

  1. Repair the defective part of the Glasses free of charge with new or refurbished parts
  2. Replace the defective Glasses with new Glasses
  3. If ENGO is unable to repair or replace the Glasses, refund the purchase price you paid

Where the Glasses are repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period, the warranty for the repaired or replaced Glasses will expire upon the expiration of the original Warranty Period. To receive warranty service, you must return the defective Glasses with free and clear title to ENGO or its authorized service provider (as directed by ENGO).
