Interval/Fartlek
This is where the work happens. Your engo3 live gauges tell you in real time whether you're hitting your target — push harder or ease off, step by step. Stay in the zone and make every interval count.
Recovery
Catch your breath, but stay on track. Your engo3 monitors your recovery pace and heart rate so you arrive at the next interval ready to give it your all. The gauge keeps you from going too hard — or too easy.
Custom Fit
Every face is different - your glasses should adjust to yours, not the other way around. The nose bridge and temples are fully adjustable, made from soft silicone that holds its shape without pinching. Dial it in once, and forget it's even there.
