“I have a lot of unfinished business. I have to go to Athens and beat the national record”

In just a few months, Amadeus Clements has become one of the most promising marathon runners on the Greek scene. After a standout marathon debut, he quickly improved his performances before heading off for several months of training in Iten, Kenya, a true world reference for distance running. His ambition is clear: push his limits and aim for the highest levels of international marathon running.

To prepare for both his training sessions and his races, Amadeus uses engo smart glasses to check his pace, heart rate and key metrics without taking his eyes off the road. At the Athens Marathon, he is one of the first elite athletes to run with engo at a major international competition.

"engo 3 is for the runner who trains with data because they're serious."

Marathon runners, ultra-trail runners, triathletes... In short, anyone who uses a Garmin, checks their splits on Strava and wants to stop looking at their watch during the effort.

How does it work?

Every lap counts

Heart rate, current lap and the next step of your workout appear right in front of you. Press lap, move into your recovery and keep your eyes on the track.

Start off gently

A 20-minute warm-up with no set target. The countdown stays in your field of view to prepare your body for the effort, without ever looking at your watch.

One screen, 12 features

Cadence, elapsed time, distance and effort zones: everything is projected in front of you. Choose the metrics that matter to you and stay on pace all the way to Athens.

Our athletes talks

"With engo3, my workouts load straight from Garmin, right in my line of sight. Splits, target pace, recovery time, no more looking down at my watch. It's changed how I stay locked into structured training."

"Double tap, color zones, 20h battery, engo3 solved every limit I had. I just start my watch and let the glasses guide me."

Emmanuel Bonnier
Ultra-distance runner

"I think it takes a little time getting used to the display ...now it's like second nature. One of things that I notice is it takes away the anxiety and stress of constantly checking your watch for stats and worrying about them."

Min Park
LA Marathon Pacer

"Green, orange, red, one glance and I know. engo3 guides my runs like a coach."

Everything runners ask, answered.

Will I even notice a difference?
