We know our athletes rely on ENGO for training and race day performance. After receiving your claim request, and verifying the supplied materials, you can expect a replacement dispatch within 2 business days.
Standard warranties cover manufacturing defects. ENGO Care covers your real life.

Accidental Damage Protection
Training for endurance sports means unpredictable situations. Gear gets crushed in bags, dropped during transitions, or damaged in travel. ENGO Care provides one replacement within your first year for any accidental damage—no questions asked about how it happened.
Theft Coverage
Equipment theft is an unfortunate reality at races, gyms, and training grounds. If your ENGO is stolen within the first year, we'll replace it once with proof of a police report. Focus on your training, not your gear security.
One Replacement, Zero Hassle
When incidents happen, email us with documentation and we'll handle the rest. Your replacement ships within days, keeping your training on track.

Required Information:
- Your order number
- Description of the incident (damage or theft)
- Date of incident
Required Documentation:
- For accidental damage: Clear photos showing the damaged product from multiple angles
- For theft: Copy of the police report (must include report number and incident date)
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and guide you through the next steps.
