Refund Policy

At ENGO, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. You may return any item(s) purchased from our website for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.

All ENGOs carry a 30-day no-risk / 100% satisfaction promise. Within 30 days of original purchase, you can return ENGO for a full refund or exchange for any reason. This includes fit, style, experience, performance - if ENGO isn't right for you, simply follow the instructions below to coordinate a return, refund, or exchange.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@engoeyewear.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or serial number for your eyewear. The serial number can be found on the eyewear product box, is visible on the eyewear display when turned on, or appears as the Bluetooth ID in the mobile app, Garmin or Apple Watch settings.
  • For our quality and continuous improvement policy, please provide relevant details explaining why you would like to return your eyewear.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, though response times may be longer Friday through Sunday - that's when we're usually outside training, too.

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If the items are in acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
